Fox正式续订《嘻哈帝国》第5季。并将本季下半季接手的剧集运作人Brett Mahoney正式推到新季运作人的位置。允诺新季继续会有“《嘻哈帝国》标志性的、让人惊掉下巴的OMG时刻”。。hideのパーソナルマネージャーを務め、現在はhideオフィシャルマネジメント事務所の代表を務める松本。2022年夏に公開される「TELL ME ～hideと見た景色～」では、主人公である弟・ヒロシがhideの共同プロデューサーI.N.A.（hide with Spread Beaver）とともに、hideが遺した音楽を世に送り出すまでの軌跡が描かれる。I.N.A.の「君のいない世界～hideと過ごした2486日間の軌跡」も原案協力としてクレジットされた。。Renzo is forced to leave his job as general manager of a multinational oil company after corruption charges.
