电影主要讲述以永兴和疯子为首的两股黑社会势力发生一场激烈的打斗后，永兴一伙的其中一人用刀捅伤了疯子一伙其中的一个，永兴为了给手下的弟兄们顶罪进了监狱，在监狱中得到三叔的指点，出狱后决定重新做人，但是疯子一伙为了报仇百般阻挠，永兴为了化解几年前的恩怨，自己捅了自己两刀，最后永兴带着弟兄们脱离了黑社会，做起了生意。。Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust.
